The registrations of the students, who are eligible to attend the university, will be carried out by using the certified document of Prof. Veysel GÜNAY, the examinator and the Dean of Faculty of Fine Arts, as base. 

PRE-REGISTRATION DOCUMENTS

1. YGS (the Transition to Higher Education Examination) Result Document
2. Photocopy of National ID Card
3. Student Certificate

FINAL REGISTRATION DOCUMENTS

In addition to pre-registration documents;

1. Diploma or temporary graduation certificate with a new date
2. 12 photos of sizes 4.5 cm x 6 cm
3. Bank Contract (It is going to be done between the Accounting and the Custodian during registration)

TRANSACTIONS TO BE MADE DURING PRE-REGISTRATION ACCORDING TO THE DEPARTMENT FOR FINANCIAL AFFAIRS

Students entitled to register for the examination are obligated to register during the specified date range prescribed in the notice. The certified document of Prof. Veysel GÜNAY, the Dean of Faculty of Fine Arts, will be based on during the registration. 

PAYMENT BASIS IN PRE-REGISTRATION

1. The certificate to be given by the Student Affairs Department to the students who were entitled to enrollment shall be taken as the basis.
2. Pre-registration fee (3.000 TL/Three Thousand Turkish Lira) is taken in advance during registration. Those who want to convert it to final registration may pay the balance of the department fee in advance or by dividing 9 equal payments.
3. If the registered student is placed in any Public or Foundation University in accordance with the results of YGS (the Transition to Higher Education Examination) and LYS (Undergraduate Placement Exam), 75%, 2.250 TL (Two Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Turkish Lira) of the registration fee that was received before will be refunded providing that the condition is documented.
4. If the student is placed in any Public or Foundation University by a special talent examination, the registration fee 3.000 TL (Three Thousand Turkish Lira) that was received before will not be refunded. 

PAYMENT BASIS IN FINAL REGISTRATIONS

1. Pre-registrations are converted to final registrations during the registration period determined by ÖSYM (Student Selection and Placement Center).
   
2. During the period of final registration, the arrears of department fee are collected in advance with the credit account agreement by installment and credit card.
   
3. Payments by credit account contract; payments are divided into nine installments during payment period and they are divided into eight installments during additional payment period, and these payments can be transferred by banks.
   

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR CREDIT ACCOUNT CONTRACT

Salaried Employees

1. Original of the national id card
2. Payroll for last month, stamped and signed (the last 3 months of SSK, social insurance institution, must be paid from the same workplace.)
3. Those who bring income certificate from the company need to obtain company signing circulars of the signatory. 

Retirees

1. Original of the national id card
   

Those Who Have Rental Income 

1. Original of the national id card
   
2. Photocopy of real estate property deed
   
3. Rental contract
   
4. Bank statement showing rent income of the last 6 months
   

Farmers

1. Original of the national id card
   
2. • Farmer certificate and document showing income from agriculture

Those Who Have Unlimited Company 

1. Original of the national id card
   
2. Tax board (it must show at least six months of tax base)
   
3. Provisional Tax Return (the last two periods)
   
4. Annual Income Tax Return (the last period)
   

Those Who Have Limited or Incorporated Company

1. Original of the national id card
2. Bankbooks showing bank deposits (account activities for last month must be processed)
3. Current abstract of account showing remainder of fund
4. Bank or intermediary firm breakdowns showing the details of stock certificate warehouse account 

Credit Card and Payment by Anticipation 

1. • There is no obligation on the part of the custodians, who will pay by credit card and make payment by anticipation, to bring the documents required by banks and the documents described above.
