• conducting research,

  performing analyzes,

  carrying out modeling and simulation studies,

  coordinating design and manufacturing services,

  monitoring and evaluating defense technologies

  making technology predictions for defense technologies

  developing basic and technological infrastructure technologies,

  making technological demonstrations about basic and technological infrastructure technologies

  conducting system engineering applications related to the required systems and / or subsystems

  in defense industry technologies and other issues that will be requested especially in meeting the needs of the Armed Forces in the Defense Planning Process.
