Shortly called as "Farabi Exchange Program", Student and Academic Member Exchange Program Among Higher Education Institutions is a student and academic member exchange program among higher education institutions giving associate's, bachelor's, master's and doctorate degree education within the body of universities and advanced technology institutes. Farabi Exchange Program aims to enable students or academic members to continue their education and training activities in a different higher education institution than their own institutions for a period of one or two semesters.

The students, attending the Farabi Exchange Program, fulfill their financial obligations in accordance with the rules of their own universities.
