Over the areas being perceived as practice samples of deliberative democracy in Turkey; possible problems, priorities in the evolution from representative democratic structure to deliberative democratic structure will be determined in country scale.
6- The Effects of Technological Transformation on Deliberative Democracy
Its possible contributions in building communication bridges displayed by new social and political debate grounds emerging with developments in communication technology, social contributions of e-government and also strengthening the supervision role of the government and expansion possibilities provided by the theory in preventing negative results of this development will be evaluated.
