IAU, in order to see to it that the university students stays in a peaceful, secure, comfortable, pleasant and hygienic atmosphere, has made an agreement with a large number of private dormitories and housing facilities in In the vicinity of university campuses. They provide our students with accommodation alternatives such as single, double, triple, and suite rooms at affordable rates. Information about some of these are given below. Due to IAU’s central location, there are a lot of private dormitories which can be found around it. Some of these dormitories are for male students only, some of them are for female students only and some of them are mixed.
Currently, IAU has its own dormitory for females only.
IAU’s dormitory is built in a 5-Star hotel concept and composed of 254 rooms with distinct features. The dormitory can hold up to 600 local and foreign students in a total area up to 18000m2 which includes a social area of 3000m2 which includes TV rooms, professional fitness and Pilates saloons, library, study rooms, game areas, cafe, restaurant, art and music rooms as well as professional kitchens where the students cook their meals, laundry and ironing rooms, prayer room and luggage rooms.
