<p>​</p><p> <strong>The 3rd edition of the &#39;Cinema and Film Academy&#39; organized in partnership with Istanbul Aydın University (IAU) and MED Yapım took place. Famous producer Fatih Aksoy and IAU Chairman of the Board of Trustees Prof. Dr. Mustafa Aydın presented certificates to the students who successfully completed their training. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Aydın explained the projects planned to be realized abroad with the academy. </strong></p><p>&#160;</p>The 3rd certificate ceremony of the &#39;Cinema and Film Academy&#39; held in partnership with Istanbul Aydın University (IAU) and MEDYAPIM took place. Among 483 candidates, 15 successful students received their certificates after 16 weeks of training. IAU Chairman of the Board of Trustees Prof. Dr. Mustafa Aydın, MED Yapım Founder Fatih Aksoy, IAU Rector Prof. Dr. İ. Hakkı Aydın, MED Yapım producers, directors, screenwriters, industry representatives and academic and administrative staff of the university attended the certificate ceremony hosted by our university.<br/><p>&#160;</p><p> <strong>&quot;We will also provide human resources to companies abroad&quot;</strong></p><p>It was stated that students graduating from the academy, which aims to bring producers, directors and screenwriters to the sector, will be employed by MED Yapım. Speaking about the academy and the workforce it brings to the sector, Prof. Dr. Mustafa Aydın also talked about the projects for the future. Prof. Dr. Aydın said, &quot;Mr. Fatih Aksoy and I consider both education and the entertainment and culture sector as the soft underbelly of our country. We decided to collaborate not only for MED Yapım or other production companies, but also to provide human resources for production companies abroad in the following periods, and we immediately put it into practice. All our graduates start working in their own fields after graduation.&quot;</p><p>&#160;</p><p>Stating that Turkey&#39;s real identity, geographical, social, economic and cultural position are promoted through the TV series exported abroad, Prof. Dr. Aydın said, &quot;Beyond the economic input, these studies are very important in terms of Türkiye&#39;s perception abroad. Human resources are needed to do these. In this sense, we carry out these activities together with MED Yapım.&quot;</p><p>&#160;</p><p> <strong>Another fields of the sector will be worked.</strong></p><p>Prof. Dr. Aydın reminded that with the academy, they train work resources for 3 fields in the sector and emphasized the richness of the sector and said, &quot;However, the sector is very rich. It has dozens of sub-divisions from stage organization to decoration. In time, we aim to train human resources in these fields as well. Our next goal is to train human resources not only for the production companies in the country but also abroad. Mr. Fatih (Fatih Aksoy) is working intensively in Spain and Gulf countries. Hopefully, we will open in those countries as well.&quot;</p><p>&#160;</p><p> <strong>Aksoy: &quot;Human resources cannot keep up with the pace of the sector&quot;</strong></p><p></p>Fatih Aksoy, founder of MED Yapım, director and producer, stated that there is a need for labor force in the television and cinema sector. Aksoy said, &quot;The television sector is growing rapidly in Türkiye. Unfortunately, human resources are not developing at the same rate. We wanted to provide human resources to the sector with a fast education and training on the sets. We talked to our teacher Mustafa (Mustafa Aydın) and we immediately started our activities. After leaving this certificate program, there are people working in our company and other companies.&quot;<br/><br/>Aksoy said that those who completed the program had the opportunity to work at MED Yapım and gave the following message to young people who want to enter the film and television industry: &quot;This is a field where people can be very successful when they work hard and where no one can get anywhere with friends at court.
