General Information

Machine Programme is a discipline that aims to train technicians who will work in areas such as production, design, installation, operation and maintenance. These technicians focus on issues such as design, manufacture, installation and maintenance of mechanical systems. Mechanical technicians can work in automotive, aerospace, energy, manufacturing, electronics, mining and many other sectors.

The programme provides students with an education that includes basic engineering principles, basic sciences such as mathematics and physics, business management, technical communication, manufacturing technologies, machine elements, mechanical design, control systems and many other subjects. This programme aims to provide students with practical skills and theoretical knowledge.
Students utilise a range of technological tools and resources, including tools and software used for the design and manufacture of various machines. These tools include computer-aided design (CAD), computer-aided manufacturing (CAM), CNC (computer numerical control) machine tools, simulation software and many more.
The Machine Programme is a practical programme that aims to provide students with the skills needed to solve industrial problems. The graduation project of the programme provides an opportunity for students to apply the skills they have learned.
Machinery Programme is a two-year associate degree programme. Upon completion of the programme, students can start to work in an engineering company or an industrial company.
