Purpose and Content

The aim of the course The objective of this course is to give detailed information about how the process and relations related to Airline management work. It gives also information about operational and enviromental planning, coordination and modern air fleets’s controlling details.
Course Content Airline operational strategies and objectives, planning procedures, (route structure, planning and market analyse; fleet planning, passenger and freight planning); operation network planning, technical team and flight personel planning, distrubition of duty, freight planning and controlling, maintenance and repair planning.
