Purpose and Content

The aim of the course	The aim of this course is to introduce students to the essential concepts of law, enabling them to grasp the role of law in human societies.
Course Content	The basic principles, nature, functions and sources of law, concepts of justice and equity Legal concepts and fundamentals of legal reasoning Normative character of law and morality, legitimacy of law and relationship between social order and law.

Learning Outcomes

Explains customs legislation
Demonstrate theoretical knowledge about import and export
Interprets Foreign Trade Legislation
Evaluates current issues related with the field.
Analyzes current informations about foreign trade
Comprehends foreign trade terminology in written and oral communication.
Explains export operations.
Explains import operations
Updates continuously all theoretical knowledge and apply it to the business life
Proposes solutions to adapt to different situations in business life.
