Purpose and Content

The aim of the course The aim of this course is to introduce students to the essential concepts of law, enabling them to grasp the role of law in human societies.
Course Content The basic principles, nature, functions and sources of law, concepts of justice and equity Legal concepts and fundamentals of legal reasoning Normative character of law and morality, legitimacy of law and relationship between social order and law.
