Purpose and Content

The aim of the course Our objective is to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary for a career in ground handling services. In this respect, our program offers courses in passenger services, cargo services, flight operations and weight control. We aim to raise effective decision makers, idealist team workers and leaders. Our graduates will keep up to date with all the advances and developments in the field of ground handling services and contribute to the advancement of aviation sector.
Course Content In parallel with the rapidly growing sector of Civil Aviation, the demand for qualified personnel is also increasing. The necessity of internationalization in the sector of Civil Aviation is triggering the development and advancement of ground handling services. In the meantime, the quality of ground handling services is improving. There is a demand for qualified personnel who are able to make prompt decisions, think conceptually and have a command for operational activities. Ground Handling Services Management in Aviation Program aims to satisfy the need for such personnel and raise staff for the administrative positions in ground handling service institutions and ground handling operations at airports.
