Purpose and Content

The aim of the course Providing students theoretical knowledge of hospital management. To ınform the studens about the funtional units wıthın the hospital organizatıons. And ınformıng students about:management and organization, relationships and inter-hospital management association in the hospital,
Course Content Hospital management, management functions and responsibilities, different aspects of other businesses, in various countries and Turkey, the structure of hospital organizations. Hospital Performance, Productivity, basic information about service use and patient satisfaction, quality issues.
