3Semiconductor technology, Diodes and diode characteristics, Diode resistance, Diode types, Diode coding, Testing of diodes.
4Practical applications related to diodes.
5Power supplies, Rectifiers, Filter circuit, Voltage Regulators, Cutters, Clamps, Voltage Multiplexers
6Transistors, transistor types, characteristics, transistor values, reading from catalog, testing.
7Polarization of Transistors, Field Effect Transistors (FET) and their types (JFET, MOSFET, MESFET), testing.
