Purpose and Content

The aim of the course Mastery related to the basic concepts of occupational Health and Safety Law, learn and interpret the workplace applications
Course Content Legal regulations in the area of OSH in Turkey; and relevant regulations

Weekly Course Subjects

1Business law developments, increase in work-related accidents, results and losses, the concept and content of OSH
2Causes of occupational accidents, measures taken to prevent, the role of legislation
3The scope of OHS law, in our country by law, OH & S regulations in our country
4OH & S law defines workers, workplace, employer, employers' representatives, the lower employer
5The definitions in OH & S law; work accidents and occupational diseases, labor law regulations related to OSH
6OH & S regulations related to business law, the employer's OHS obligations in terms of (for precautions, information-education and monitoring), and employee obligations
7Organization of OHS in the workplace according to the law of business, OH & S unit building, OH & S expert execution, OH & S committee, to stop the work and workplace closure, heavy and dangerous work, the right of workers to quit
8Workplace Health and Safety Unit and the Joint Health and Safety regulations and the application brought by the Regulation Units
