Purpose and Content

The aim of the course The aim of this course is to examine the basic concepts of the labour law.
Course Content The contents of this course are Introduction to labour law, Main articles of the labour law, The principles of the labour law, The areas and scope of the Labour Act, Types of labour contracts, the duties and rights of employer and employee;Termination of contract, Working Time, Collective employment contracts and their conclusion procedures, The syndicate as collective formation of labours and employers , The creation and functioning of syndicates, , the resolution of collective labor conflicts and strike, lock-out are other related subjects of collective labor law.
