Purpose and Content

The aim of the course	definition of printing, printing design repeats, distinction of design negatives, silk screen printing, to copy designs to screen printing, textile printing technics, printing sorts, printing dyes and thickeners, preparing fabrics to printing, to fix fabrics after printing, to prevent printing errors, to practice transfer printing, to practice silk screen printings, to practice ebru fabrics and to practice dextrin printing.
Course Content	In this course, following issues are introduced: processes of preparation of designs used in printing textile materials, to film* these designs (to insert the design on a special piece of cloth by means of light) and preparation of pattern; production of ready designs by press machines.
