Our laboratory was established with the aim of educating qualified dieticians with theoretical knowledge and practical skills by providing them comprehensive and extensive curriculum. Our laboratory, divided as an anthropometric area and located on a field of 10 m2, enables our students to apply their vocational knowledge in practice and in clinical environment under observation. It contains strong range hoods and ventilating systems above each countertop, required kitchen appliances and equipment, kitchen auxiliary materials, cooler equipment and washing machines.
