Involving Visualization and Sectioning Laboratory, Sample Preparation Laboratory, Microscopy Laboratory, Macroscopy Laboratory, Tissue Embedding Laboratory, Microscopy Room and Archive, our Histology and Embryology Laboratory were designed to provide that the students of Medicine Faculty, Health Sciences Faculty and Dentistry Faculty learn how an embryo develops in a fertilized egg cell; its development disorders; the organs, tissues, histologic layers and cell contents forming the human body microscopically, respectively, and correctly. The science students are taught new and correct information about current applications such as stem cell, cancer stem cell and somatic stem cell culture within the structure of cell culture laboratories.
