Food Chemistry Laboratory

Food Chemistry Laboratory was established with the aim of performing food quality control analyses of food components and basic chemical elements in water. The laboratory provides the opportunity of performing laboratory applications in the courses of "Food Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, General Chemistry, Food Quality Control and Biotechnology" to the students of Food Engineering Department; provides experimental infrastructure support to the graduate students in their thesis studies; provides scientific research projects to faculty members.
