Purpose and Content

The aim of the course	Students who will graduate to learn employment process and interview stage is to carry out successfully.
Course Content	Analysis of employment process , interview process, before the interview and after the interview

Learning Outcomes

Having adequate infrastructure on Social Sciences and Human Resource Management issues, ability to use theoretical and applied knowledge of these areas on Human Resources Management
Can prepare Human Resources systems
Can follow new improvements in the field
Following the other disciplines closely, examines current approach in their field
The ability of identifying problems in the field of Human Resource Management, defining, formulating and solving them. The ability of applying appropriate analytical methods
Can examine current approach in Human Resource Management
Harmonize the approach of internal and external environment with Human Resource Management
To analyze Human Resource Management functions (processes) and the ability to design under realistic constraintsto to meet the desired requirements; Ability to apply contemporary methods of Human Resources in this direction

Harmonise global approaches with human resource Management in BUsiness Organizations
Purpose top management about Human Resources Mangement with applications
The ability of choosing and using modern methods and tools necessary for Human Resource Management applications ( HRM); the ability of using Information Technologies efficiently
Making Case Study (incident), setting up HR systems, data collection, the ability of analyzing the conclusions and interpreting them.
