Purpose and Content

The aim of the course	The goals of this course are teaching total quality management and its elements and to give information about quality issurance systems.
Course Content	Understanding of the concept of quality development and quality. Fundamentals of total quality management and total quality management definition and philosophy. the elements of total quality management. motivation, team work. the change management and business culture. Expressing the relationship of total quality management and human resources. the quality issurance systems.

Learning Outcomes

Having adequate infrastructure on Social Sciences and Human Resource Management issues, ability to use theoretical and applied knowledge of these areas on Human Resources Management
Can prepare Human Resources systems
Can follow new improvements in the field
Following the other disciplines closely, examines current approach in their field
