Purpose and Content

The aim of the course	The aim of this course is to provide the students to gain the knowledge and basic concepts of tourism, to form general culture and to have knowledge on the values that make up Turkey`s Tourism by geography.
Course Content	The concepts of geography in tourism and recreation; supply and demand in tourism, in terms of attractiveness; tourist attractions in Turkey and in the world.

Students take human health social and natural environment into consideration during the professional process.
Students can apply their professions according to law and occupation.
Students depend on moral values in the sector.
Studants have enough consciousness about the private life's privacy and confidentiality of the person that you offer services.

6	Information on the assets of tourism demand
7	Tourism supply / information on the culture and the art as touristic product
8	Information on the Touristic Concentration Factors and its Causes
9	Information on the solutions and the results of touristic concentration.
10	Information on Tourism Policy
11	Information on the problems of tourism planning
12	Tourism information on non-governmental organizations
13	Information on future trends and international tourism.
14	Information on museums, archeological sites, natural wealth and Turkey`s historical sites
