Purpose and Content

The aim of the course	To provide the subject analysis to be made by relaying the historical background, myths and the symbols of the works of art such as painting, sculpture, reliefs,and mosaics within the Eastern and Western History of Art.
Course Content	Following the introduction of the basic principles and concepts of the iconograhic method, the periods of primeval ages, Sumerians, all the ancient Anatolian Civilisations, Ancient Egypt, ancient Greek and the Old and the New Testament are approached from an artistic view point with examples. The philosophy, story, mythology, and the civilisation which they are based on are examined thoroughly and the iconographic analysis is explained by giving examples.

The aim of the course

Course Content

Students can use computer software program at least European Computer Usage Licence in basic level and also use communication technologies.
Students can learn at least one foreign language in accordiance with Common European Framework in A2 Level and they can have a relationship with this language.
Students take human health social and natural environment into consideration during the professional process.
Students can apply their professions according to law and occupation.
Students depend on moral values in the sector.
Studants have enough consciousness about the private life's privacy and confidentiality of the person that you offer services.
